-greens : kale, chard, etc. Increase variety
-root vegetables : squash, carrots, parsnips
-meat, once a week in small portions
-dark chocolate, occasionally
-more variety in grains : rice, quinoa, oats. Long soaks
-more fermented foods : kimchi, miso, ogi
-tea*
-garlic and onions*
-yogurt / cultured milk / raw milk
-nuts / nut butters
-fruits, dried or fresh. in moderation. bananas.
-beans
Things I want to eat less of or stop eating entirely :
-sugar, especially cane
-white flour
-coffee
-alcohol
-processed, industrially produce cheese
