- 1 old, frozen brownie

- bowl of stew : ground beef, carrots, parsnips, leeks
- the rest of the dark chocolate bar
* serious stomach craps and general body aches soon after. old brownie? beef? eating too much too fast on an empty stomach? menstrual? dehydrated? some combination of all of the above, eliminating any hope of pin pointing the root....most likely.
Dinner, pot luck at Beth's :
- salad with dressing (containing miso)
- mashed potatoes
- potatoes and carrots cooked in duck fat
- broccoli with nuts and sauce
- string beans
- pot pie thing : biscuits, peas, beans, etc
- sweet rice with raisins
- brownie with raspberries
- red wine
